REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If your cruise cannot dock due to weather or you cannot take the tour due to weather 100% refund is extended within 7 days that tour was meant to take place.

If you cancel at least 30 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

If you cancel between 15 and 29 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 14 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee

For Magdalena and Marta Islands Tour, full refund can only be made 60 days before excursion. After, it is 50% refund.

Prices listed on the website are per person, unless otherwise specified.
Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.
Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour drivers or local guides; and any beverages or food not specifically listed in the itinerary as being include in the price. 10% is recommended gratuity and courtesy in Chile.
